Roti Hotdog Giant Berkulat Dan Berulat!
Menggelikan… itulah perasaan apabila pertama kali melihat gambar-gambar roti sosej yang diupload oleh seorang pengguna facebook di dalam akaun peribadinya.
Puan Bie Jackson mendakwa roti sosej yang dibeli suaminya telah berkulat dan berulat. 6 keping gambar yang dimuatnaik beliau turut menunjukkan tanda harga pasaraya Giant. Lokasi Pasaraya Giant tersebut terletak di Kelombong, Sabah.
“Suami membeli roti ini di kedai yg tertera d kolombong. Dgn harga rm5. Malangnya sesampai ja d rumah kita ingin menjamunya kelihatan hot dog yg d gunaan suda berkulat yg lebi malang berulat. Nasib la aku ni jenis keluarkan sosej dr roti br mkan. Dgn itu boikot giant utk roti jenis ini.” Menurut Caption dalam gambar tersebut
Melalui tinjauan kami, gambar-gambar tersebut telah mencecah lebih 2000 share. Pihak pengurusan Giant perlu memberikan respon segera mengenai kejadian ini kerana ia pasti memberikan reputasi buruk kepada pasaraya terkenal itu

Chef Wan Sindir Nik Michael Imran Setahun Jagung
Kalau otai sudah bersuara, pastinya pendapat itu harus didengar dan dijadikan panduan. Terbaru mengenai akaun Instagramnya, Chef Wan telah pun menyuarakan pendapatnya mengenai salah satu rancangan masakan tempatan yang dikendalikan oleh Nik Michael Imran. Panjang lebar luahan hati Chef Wan dan Abang Nara ada bersetuju dengan beberapa “point” beliau.
Antara yang menarik ialah pemilihan hos rancangan yang baru setahun jagung namun dibolehkan kerana mempunyai “rupa”. Sedangkan menurut Chef Wan, dirinya dahulu perlu melatih “skill masakan” terlebih dahulu sebelum mempunyai program TV sendiri. Sedikit sedutan tulisan Chef Wan untuk tatapan anda:-

Tapi these days yang setahun jagung baru belajar memasak sedikit dah mula nak mengajar orang lain. How is these possible? Bukan ke dunia memasak ini has to do with skill labour? Yang Menang Master Chef baru setahun jagung pun dah keluar buku masak sendiri pada hal pengalaman didalam dunia culinary mereka sangat lah kurang.
But what to do semua ini ada lah kesilapan TV station itu sendiri yg keluar kan TV Chef hari ini asal kan dapat la tampa memikir kan the Quality and skill of that host itself.

Two Checkpoint Officers Who Failed to Stop Malaysian Teacher Face Disciplinary Action
Two immigration officers who failed to stop a Malaysian teacher at both levels of checks at the Woodlands checkpoint, allowing her to slip into Singapore illegally, have been redeployed and face disciplinary action.
Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean revealed those and more details of the border breach in Parliament on Monday in response to five questions filed by MPs.
Kedah state native Nurul Ruhana Ishak, 28, evaded Woodlands immigrations officers on Jan 17, and was only arrested three days later. She has been charged with criminal trespass.
When Nurul slipped past the first check by tailgating a car, the immigration officer concerned consulted another officer and hesitated, and took 2.5 minutes to sound the alarm instead of sounding it immediately, said Mr Teo. The second auxiliary police officer tasked with conducting boot checks and counting vehicle passengers subsequently did not stop Nurul’s car nor did he sound the alarm.
“I do not know the reason why, they’re not new officers and have been in the service for some years,” said Mr Teo. “Looking at their records, they have been in general good officers.”
Their slow response compounded the “serious error of judgement” made by multiple agencies when grounds officers “decided to treat [the incident] as a less serious immigrations offence” rather than a “major security breach”.
This in turn meant that the police “did not put out high level and persistent alerts to all ground forces”, nor was Nurul’s particulars and those of her car circulated.
No passport or identification was found on her during her arrest on Jan 20, when she tried to force her way into the Ministry of Foreign Affairs compound while in her red Perodua hatchback. That led to the trespass charge.
She has been in remand at the Institute of Mental Health since, and is due to appear in court for the first time on Feb 26.

Pork Thrown into a Mosque in Penang
A piece of meat believed to be pork found at the mosque in Machang Bubuk in mainland Penang on 16 Feb 2014. Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng has called on Penangites to unite and keep calm hours after the discovery early this morning of a slab of meat believed to be pork in the compound of a mosque in Cherok Tok Kun.
Lim said mutual respect for each others’ differences are the most effective way to defect provocateurs and such criminal acts.
“We condemn this treacherous act. We should not fall into such irresponsible elements that seek to disrupt our harmony.
“Penangites must stand united and maintain the peace we enjoy,” he said today after visiting the Cherok Tok Kun Atas mosque in Machang Bubuk on the mainland.
The mosque’s deputy imam, Saad Arop, 78, found a slab of meat at one of the entrances of the mosque at 5.30am this morning.
Lim said closed circuit television (CCTV) will be installed outside the mosque to prevent similar incidents in the future.
He said the state has also instructed Bukit Mertajam MP Steven Sim and Machang Bubuk assemblyman Lee Khai Loon to look into it immediately.
“The mosque is just next to the main road so anyone could have thrown the meat.
“So far, the mosque congregation is calm and we advise everyone to remain so,” he said.
Earlier today, Penang crime investigation department chief senior assistant commissioner Mazlan Kesah confirmed the incident and said a police report on the matter was lodged at about 7.20am.
Mazlan said there were no CCTVs in the area and that the meat had been sent to the Bukit Minyak Veterinary department to be tested and verified.
The incident is being investigated under Section 295 of the Penal Code for injuring or defiling a place of worship with intent to insult a religion.
Today’s incident is the second involving a place of worship in the state.
On January 27, two molotov cocktails were thrown into the compound of the Assumption Church in George Town.
Since the incident, police have been patrolling around churches and mosques. – February 16, 2014.
