    Kesilapan-Kesilapan Yang Pernah Dilakukan Di Awal Permulaan Perniagaan – Jom Belajar

    1. Menganggap jualan pertama yang rancak akan berterusan

    2. Menganggar keuntungan hanya berdasarkan (kiraan mudah) iaitu margin keuntungan darab berapa unit produk terjual. Akibatnya banyak kos lain yang tercicir

    3. Duit syarikat, duitku jua. Tidak asingkan antara duit peribadi dengan duit syarikat.

    4.Takut untuk beriklan. Tak manfaatkan ruang iklan percuma (macam fb, wassap dan instagram). Malu nak beriklan kerap takut orang kata ‘bersungguh sangat’

    5. Ikut hati, atau ikut orang kata, bukannya ikut kehendak pasaran

    6. Takut nak gajikan staff atau kadang kadang terlebih ambik staff

    7. Tak jelas ‘target market’. Nak kail ikan keli tapi letak umpan sotong dan lempar joran ke laut.

    8. Syok sendiri dengan produk. Tak boleh ditegur. Teguran pelanggan atau kawan dianggap berniat tak baik atau nak sabotaj

    9. Terlebih belanja untuk kelengkapan pejabat / dekorasi

    10. Kurang ilmu tapi tidaklah pula mencari ilmu

    11. Tiada mentor atau tersilap pilih mentor.
    Jika nak buat ais krim, kena cari mentor ais krim, jangan cari mentor kayu balak.

    12. Semua kerja nak buat sendiri – One man show

    13. Cepat putus asa. Walaupun hanya laksanakan 5 dari 1001 teknik pemasaran dan jualan, sudah putus asa dan mendakwa ianya sudah gagal.

    14. Banyak bercakap dari bekerja

    15. Terlebih merancang dari bertindak

    16. Orang sebelah rumah pun tak tahu lagi kita bisnes apa, sudah sibuk nak eksport ke luar negara.

    17. Kerja hanya β€˜office hour’.

    18. Takut nak tegur kesalahan staff. Jika tak takut pun, tiada faham seni menegur.

    19. Terlalu fokus kepada jumlah jualan sampai terlupa kepada aktiviti pengenalan produk dan pembesaran pasaran jenama.

    20. Salah menjangka, iklan hari ni, besok harap terus dapat jualan besar.

    21. Kurang ber ‘networking’

    22. Hanya tahu 5 dari 1000 strategi pemasaran. Malas nak cari lagi 995 kaedah lagi.

    23. Banyak salahkan orang dan keadaan daripada salahkan diri sendiri

    24. Menganggap jika ambik gaji sendiri, modal nak ‘rolling’ akan berkurang. Padahal, jika tak ambik gaji, duit perniagaan diambil dan digunakan macam biasa juga.

    25. Cepat hilang semangat di tengah jalan. Sekali masuk seminar, sekali semangat datang. 7 hari selepas seminar, sekali semangat dah hilang.. kurang ‘self motivated’

    26. Tak daftar perniagaan. Bukan PLT tapi Sdn Bhd

    27. Tak buka akaun syarikat (Akaun semasa)

    28. Tak catat keluar masuk duit. Tak guna akaun semasa (current account) masa transaksi urusniaga. Tak ada bukti kpada bank semasa nak mohon pinjaman.

    29. Tak pakai invois / resit – tak ada perekodan

    30. Tergesa-gesa sangat nak kembangkan bisnes ke satu tahap yang TERLEBIH BESAR, (tak normal) walhal bisnes belumpun sampai putaran setahun.

    31. Too Ambitious – tak berpijak dibumi yang nyata..

    32. Menganggap planning atas kertas akan menghasilkan 100% result seperti atas kertas juga..

    33. Terlebih belanja kepada perkara yang tidak penting untuk bisnes.

    34. Suka bertangguh

    35. Banyak masa dihabiskan kepada kerja yang kurang penting.

    36. Tak pandai nak bezakan ‘priority’ atau keutamaan yang mana dulu atau kena buat yang mana dulu..

    37. Kuat berbisnes sampai lupa jaga kesihatan. Padahal kesihatan penting untuk kemajuan bisnes.

    38. Kejar dunia sampai lalai urusan akhirat

    39. Terlalu awal percayakan orang. Maksudnya terlalu awal ambil keputusan untuk hand over urusan bisnes kepada staff padahal SOP belum ada dan bisnes masih baru lagi..

    40. Dan banyak lagi..

    Seeking Forgiveness For Any Wrongdoings; A Yearly Hari Raya Practice

    This is one of the yearly Hari Raya practices from our culture that I truly believe in and treasure. Recently, there were many debates about its relevance and importance. Many who do not fully understand the rationale behind the action will simply brush it off as insignificant to the point of it being almost a ridiculous practice. I beg to differ in opinion.

    While I agree that we have to apologise for our mistakes to the ones we hurt as soon as we have made them and not wait to do it during Hari Raya, we may not always be conscious or aware of our wrongdoings. Others may not be open enough to point out our mistakes/wrongdoings/transgressions/misdeeds and would rather keep the hurt to themselves.

    So, as we celebrate the blessed day with a fresh outlook in life filled with positivity and hope after the cleansing of the mind, body and soul during Ramadhan, it is only logical and befitting to ask others for their forgiveness for any or our wrongdoings whether they were done intentionally or otherwise…consciously or unconsciously. The very reason why we always start the seeking of forgiveness dialogue with “Kalau (if) ada salah dan silap sengaja atau tidak (there is any wrongdoings done intentionally or otherwise), TERkasar bahasa dan perbuatan (unintentional misdeeds and harsh words), TERmakan dan TERminum (unintentional consumption of food/drinks without others’ permission)….”. When we seek forgiveness, we learn to let go of our ego and realise that we are not above everyone else. When we forgive someone, we learn that we are not above God who is ever-willing to forgive no matter how big our sins may be.

    Avoid These Common Mistakes During Ramadan

    Common mistakes in πŸŒ™ Ramadhan:

    1. Drinking “rooh afza” on a daily basis🍹

    – Why: It contains high amounts of sugar, additives and colarants
    – Solution: If you have to, drink it twice a week maximum

    2. Drinking large amounts of water at iftaar time

    – Why: Filling the stomach with water is more strenuous to it than with food.
    – Solution: have a few sips at iftaar then a glass after every two hours.

    3. Exercising directly after iftaar.

    – Why: the body’s blood flow is concentrated around the stomach at that time.
    – Solution: Exercise after two hours of eating to ease digestion.

    4. Chewing and swallowing food fast.

    – Why: chewing food slowly can speed up digestion and help maintain your weight

    5. Having dessert directly after iftaar

    – Why: they make you drowsy and sleepy 😴
    – Solution: leave at least a two hour gap between iftaar and dessert to stay fresh and awake for ishaa and taraweeh prayers

    6. Consuming foods with high amounts of sodium

    – Why: Sodium triggers thirst through out the fasting hours of the day
    – Solution: instead, eat foods that are high in potassium, they retain water and supress your thirst.

    # Bananas are high in potassium. A banana at Suhoor time can control your thirst level through out the day.

    # Best sources of potassium for Suhoor time:
    – bananas 🍌
    – milk 🍼
    – dates
    – avocados 🍏
    – dried peaches 🍐
    – pistachios
    – pumpkin 🍠
    – peas
    – dark chocolate 🍫

    # Worst choices for Suhoor:
    – biryani
    – kebab
    – pizza
    – fast food in general
    – cheese πŸ•
    – haleem

    # Best choices for Suhoor:
    – potato
    – rice
    – dates
    – whole grain bread
    – banana 🍌
