Bangunkan Rasa Kesyukuran, Kecukupan Dalam Hati Dan Fikiran, Berhenti Mengelu

Beri jawapan di tempat kosong di bawah ini dan mohon dijawab dengan jujur di dalam hati masing-masing..

1. Allah menciptakan tertawa dan ______
2. Allah itu mematikan dan ______
3. Allah menciptakan lelaki dan ______
4. Allah memberikan kekayaan dan ______

Kebanyakkan kita tentu akan dengan mudah menjawab:
1. Menangis
2. Menghidupkan
3. Perempuan
Tapi bagaimana no. 4? Adakah Kemiskinan menjadi jawapannya???

Untuk mengetahui jawapannya, mari kita lihat rangkaian firman Allah dalam Surah An-Najm ayat 43-45, dan 48, sebagai rujukan:
ﻭَﺃَﻧَّﻪُ ﻫُﻮَ ﺃَﺿْﺤَﻚَ ﻭَﺃَﺑْﻜَﻰ
“dan Dia-lah yang menjadikan orang tertawa dan menangis.” (QS. An-Najm : 43).
ﻭَﺃَﻧَّﻪُ ﻫُﻮَ ﺃَﻣَﺎﺕَ ﻭَﺃَﺣْﻴَﺎ
“dan Dia-lah yang mematikan dan menghidupkan.” (QS. An-Najm : 44).
ﻭَﺃَﻧَّﻪُ ﺧَﻠَﻖَ ﺍﻟﺰَّﻭْﺟَﻴْﻦِ ﺍﻟﺬَّﻛَﺮَ ﻭَﺍﻟْﺄُﻧﺜَﻰ
“dan Dia-lah yang menciptakan berpasang-pasangan lelaki-lelaki dan perempuan. ” (QS. An-Najm : 45).
ﻭَﺃَﻧَّﻪُ ﻫُﻮَ ﺃَﻏْﻨَﻰ ﻭَﺃَﻗْﻨَﻰ
“dan Dia-lah yang memberikan kekayaan dan kecukupan.” (QS. An-Najm : 48).

Ternyata jawapan kita semua betul untuk no. 1-3, tetapi jawapan untuk no. 4 ramai keliru.
Jawapan Allah Ta’ala dalam Al-Qur’an bukan Kemiskinan, tapi KECUKUPAN.

Subhanallah..
Sesungguhnya Allah Ta’ala hanya memberi Kekayaan dan Kecukupan kepada hamba-Nya. Dan ternyata yang “menciptakan” kemiskinan adalah diri kita sendiri.

Itulah hakikatnya, mengapa orang-orang yang sentiasa bersyukur; walaupun hidup serba kekurangan ia akan tetap tersenyum dan merasa cukup, bukan merasa miskin!

Jadi, marilah kita bangun rasa kesyukuran dan kecukupan di dalam hati dan fikiran kita, berhenti mengeluh, berhenti mengatakan rezeki kecil, agar kita menjadi hamba-Nya yang selalu bersyukur.

Semangat menjemput rezeki yang halal, biar semakin berkat.. Insha’Allah

MH370 Search: Reunion Islander Picks Up Water Bottle From Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 4 — A local lawyer on the French island of Reunion found two mineral water bottles from Malaysia among debris from the Indian Ocean washed ashore amid an ongoing search for the clues to the Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 that went missing over a year ago.

In an interview with Australian daily Herald Sun, Philippe Creissen said he found three mineral water bottles while walking along the Bois Rouge beach; two of them bore made in Malaysia labels while the third was from Taiwan.

“I walk along this beach all the time and 99 per cent of the debris that is here comes from Reunion,” Creissen was quoted as saying in the Melbourne-based publication.

The foreign-made mineral water bottles caught his eye, more so following the discovery of an airline wing part that has been confirmed to be from a Boeing 777, the same model plane as MH370.

The plane carrying 239 people on board from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing disappeared off the radar on March 8, 2013, believed somewhere over the Indian Ocean; over 130 of the passengers were China nationals.

Creissen said he handed the bottles to the police, and was later told they had been passed to a Malaysian investigation team on the island.

The islander had snapped pictures of the bottles which he posted on Twitter account on Sunday which showed two common Malaysian bottled water brands — “Cactus Mineral Water” and “Life Pure Distilled Drinking Water”.

Questions have been raised over whether those debris found came from MH370 that went missing March 8, last year following the discovery of a wing piece of a plane on the French island of Réunion in the Indian Ocean last week.

Despite MH370 being the only Boeing 777 to be lost in the Indian Ocean, authorities have not confirmed the debris’ link to the missing aircraft.

Suspected Brothels In Katong Private Housing Area Raises Residents’ Ire

Suspected brothels have popped up in a Katong private housing district for the second time in 2015.

Residents reported that suspicious activities have been spotted at four of the six bungalows on Crescent Road.

One of the bungalows was raided by the police on April 28, and two woman were cuffed and detained, according to past reports.

Residents, who did not wish to be named, told Chinese daily Lianhe Wanbao that barely a month later, foreign workers had moved into the bungalows.

They then spotted men loitering around the area, sending messages and checking their mobile phones.

After a while, they would walk into one of the bungalows.

A resident said that at noon on Sunday, he saw a woman in heels climb over the perimeter wall into one of the bungalows.

Another resident said that a man once rang their doorbell at 2am, and asked if they provided sexual services.

They said that the men who frequented the suspected brothels in the past seemed affluent, and some even had chauffeurs.

The men spotted loitering nearby recently, appeared less well-off.

Residents said they have reported the matter to the police and to their Member of Parliament.

Are The Opposition In Politics For The People Or For Personal Gain?

Dear Political Aspirant(s),

It is not enough to say that you want to champion transport issues without offering any alternatives. The current government is aware that transportation is a cause of concern and is addressing it through various ways such as buying more buses and experimenting with distributing the peak hour load by offering free services up to a certain time in the morning. One must understand the intricacies of the public transport system and policy here in Singapore and offer alternatives to that model instead of just recognising it as an issue and expect the government to resolve it independently.

It is not enough to say that you do not agree to the population increase and yet do not offer alternatives on how Singapore is to sustain itself as the population is ageing drastically. What plans do you have for Singapore to sustain its growth and ensure that Singaporeans are competitive as compared to citizens of other nations? In regards to foreign workers and talents, what is your stand on it? Should it be stopped completely or should it be left open as before? If you opine that it should be somewhere in the middle, then it’s no different from the government’s stance which seeks to calibrate the influx of foreign workers and talents so as not to upset the economy, especially the SMEs, and ensure that Singaporeans continues to have a job with the presence of the multi-national companies here.

If we want an alternative view in the Parliament, it must credible. In my opinion, that alternative view can come from within the ruling party and not necessarily just opposing for the sake of doing so. Above all, politics is not a game nor a competition. It is a calling – a high and noble one. One must not go into politics with the intention to just overthrow an existing government. What happen nexts? What are your plans? At the heart of politics, it must be about serving the people and if you do not have the people in mind, then your intentions are baseless.

I fear the day that Singapore politics would go down the gutters and end up with a parliament that does not enact new laws but is too absorbed with internal squabbling and fighting amongst parliamentarians. But if that is what Singaporean wants, then there is nothing much we can do but to pray that such a day would not come in our life time.

Deterring Corruption Should Not Be Only Justification For High Ministerial Salary, Performance Matters Too Because Citizens Suffer

Sorry i dont agree about ministers to be given high salaries when we citizens who works hard is nt easy to get our pay raise…look at foreigners where goverment have given so many free to them..from education in university n living..

Saya juga sedih bila bangsa melayu kita sendiri boleh sebelahkan goverment tentang hijab! Tak sedar ke dia besok disoal blkg hari???
Tengok harga hdb pula makin lama makin melampau ..dah seperti harga rumah banglo…yg DBSS kecil nk mampus hanya kerana rumah ada balkoni???omg!

Rumah sewa 2bilik pula kenapa mereka tetapkan gaji tidak boleh melebihi $801?????? Ada masuk akal tak ??? Sampai yg ada sanggup cari gaji kecil atau keja kontrak supaya duit sewa bulana tidak melebihi $40-$60+..

Ank sedara saya gaji $1800 duduk rumah 2bilik sewa di marine parade..mempunyai 4org ank..satu sec 1..pri..kindergaten dan bayi..cuba anda kira lah itu $1800 gaji belum lagi ditolak cpf..(tapi hdb ttp kira gaji awak $1800)selepas tolak cpf cuba kiralah..lepas tu hanya kerana gajinya $1800 beliau harus membayar sewa $350 kpd hdb yg tk berhati perut!!!!

Taruklah $1800 lepas potong cpf $1480.. minus $350hdb…balance $1030 aje …bagaimana tuh…3anknya yg sekolah???satu lagi bayi.?? Tak ke terfikir goverment memang selalu MENYUSAHKAN KITA?
