  • Lazy Malaysian Customs Officer Bullies Singaporean Malay Family

Lazy Malaysian Customs Officer Bullies Singaporean Malay Family

Hi, guys! Please beware of this Malaysian officer!

My husband was driving us back from supper through JB checkpoint towards Woodlands at about 2am and just our luck, we happened to drive through to his lane.He actually sleeping…(Can sleep eh during working hours???) but we also understand maybe he tired coz doing night shift.

As usual, we passed the passports to him, 2 with passport covers with elastic bands and two without. A few seconds later, he passed the passports back and asked us to untangle those bands after he messed all four passports together. So yeah, we untangled it. And then after looking through the passports, he threw it back AGAIN and asked the passport covers to be removed And FYI, there is no nicer way to say but he has the most hostile and malicious face with such an unwelcoming vibe.

So I was already annoyed and he called my name for verification. I looked at him as an acknowledgement and looked away fiddling with the elastic bands. And jeng jeng jeng.. He said, “When I call your name, you look at me. Understand?” With that face which I was already imagining smacking on the wall countlessly and with such a sarcastic and disrespectful tone!

While I was halfway boiling, my brother tried to soother things down and apologised. And this officer stood up and said, “Fine. If you’re not happy with me, I’ll speak to my supervisor”. And we were all caught off-guard.

So my husband and brother went to the office, trying to cool the matter and he questioned my brother, “Do you even know who I am? Do you know who you’re speaking to?” I TELL YOU, HE GOT BALLS, MAN! So apparently, he was complaining to his supervisor that I was being uncooperative bla bla blah.

My husband told him our side of the story before the supervisor told the officer to leave. And HE WAS SMILING AWAY I was so infuriated that I stood right in front of the officer and questioned why is he being dismissed without even bother to apologize to me! This officer just chuckled and laughing away, walking out and I swear I could have knocked all of his front teeth! YES, I WAS THAT ANGRYYY. So my husband tried to calm me down, knowing there is really no use fighting over such a corrupted situation/personnels.

And we should all thank ourselves and our ancestors that we are no longer merged with such a corrupted

He wants to act as if he’s some bloody Anak Datok, come I give you free publicity.

  • Ahmad Zahid Hamidi New DPM, Muhyiddin Yassin Out

Ahmad Zahid Hamidi New DPM, Muhyiddin Yassin Out

Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi is the new deputy prime minister and will also retain his current portfolio as home minister.

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak announced this today in a live telecast, confirming The Malaysian Insider’s report this morning of a Cabinet reshuffle.

Najib also announced the removal of Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin as his deputy, calling it a “difficult decision” but one he had to make to ensure that the Cabinet operated as a collective unit.

“The Cabinet must act as one solid team. I welcome vigorous debate, and can accept dissent and criticism. However, this process should take place in Cabinet as part of the decision-making process.

“Members of the Cabinet should not air their differences in an open forum that can affect public opinion against the government and Malaysia. It is contrary to the concept of collective responsibility that is the foundation of Cabinet government.

“It is also against the concept of collective responsibility,” Najib said in his announcement broadcast on TV1.

Najib added that the Cabinet reshuffle was done after taking into account political considerations and the needs of his administration to ensure that it remained focused on implementing Malaysia’s development.

“The decision to replace Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin was very difficult, but leadership is about doing what you think is right. To deliver for Malaysia, I must have a solid and unified team moving in the same direction.

“Nevertheless, I thank Muhyiddin for all his work and dedication to the government and country, as I do all those ministers who are no longer in the Cabinet.

“My decision to replace Muhyiddin with Zahid… was made in view of political considerations and the interests of the administration so that my administration will always be committed and focused to the country’s development and to fulfilling the promises made by Barisan Nasional the people in the 13th general elections,” Najib said.

Zahid meanwhile said his appointment as deputy prime minister was “not a reward” but a responsibility towards the various races in Malaysia.

Also a casualty in today’s reshuffle was Umno vice-president Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal who was dropped  as rural and regional development minister.

He had been vocal in his criticism of Putrajaya’s handling of the 1MDB crisis.

  • Clare Rewcastle Brown – The Woman Behind Whistleblower Website Sarawak Report

Clare Rewcastle Brown – The Woman Behind Whistleblower Website Sarawak Report

Sarawak Report founder Clare Rewcastle Brown was born in Sarawak in 1960 to British parents.

She is married to Mr Andrew Brown, the brother of former British prime minister Gordon Brown, who has publicly supported her work against deforestation in the East Malaysian state.

During a visit to her birthplace in 2005 to speak at an environmental conference, Mrs Brown was asked by local journalists and activists to support the campaign against deforestation occurring under the state government of then Chief Minister Abdul Taib Mahmud.

She began her anti-Taib campaign in earnest in 2010, running the Sarawak Report and sister radio station Radio Free Sarawak from a flat in London to expose alleged corruption by the senior Malaysian politician.

She went public as the founder of the two media outlets just months before Sarawak’s state polls in 2011, in which the opposition parties recorded their best performance. But it was not enough to unseat Tan Sri Taib, who later resigned in 2014 after 33 years in power to fill the more ceremonial role of governor.

As with the current allegations that Mrs Brown is part of a conspiracy to topple Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak, she was also accused in 2011 of running a malicious agenda to bring down Sarawak’s Barisan Nasional government.

But Mrs Brown has said that “we are not motivated by malice, only by concern for the people of Sarawak and the priceless Borneo jungle that has been destroyed by the greed of just a few people”.

Sarawak has put her on a travel blacklist and, in 2013, she was deported from the state on the day before British Prime Minister David Cameron was due to meet his Malaysian counterpart, Datuk Seri Najib, in London.

The 55-year-old Mrs Brown, who first worked as a journalist for the BBC World Service in 1983, has also denied that she is seeking to topple Mr Najib.

She told The Malaysian Insider website that such an agenda “is not my role, I am just exposing the truth as a journalist”.

Over the past year, the Sarawak Report has published astonishing claims that 1Malaysia Development Berhad – whose advisory board is headed by the Prime Minister – was a front for Mr Najib and several businessmen to misappropriate public funds.

The allegations have been furiously denied by these individuals and the debt-laden state investor.

  • Apabila Budaya Melayu ‘Ditelan’ Budaya Arab

Apabila Budaya Melayu ‘Ditelan’ Budaya Arab

– 5 Julai, 2015.

  • Johor’s Crown Prince Explains Source Of Wealth

Johor’s Crown Prince Explains Source Of Wealth

    Assalamualaikum w.b.t

I am aware that this is the official website of Johor football, not a political nor religious website. However I wish to take this opportunity to educate and inform the rakyat of Johor and every Malaysian.

Recently I noticed several negative and misinformed comments from some individuals about pictures of my boat which was uploaded by JOHOR Southern Tigers.

There have always been several quarters who questioned the issue of the rakyat’s money. I therefore wish to use this space to give the correct and concise information which can be treated as useful knowledge in understanding the Johor royalty.

Johor was established in 1885 with its own government and constitution even before the formation of the Federal Government in 1957. In addition, the Johor Military Forces was established in 1886.

With regards to the rakyat’s monies which is questioned by these misinformed individuals, I am making this statement today so that Johoreans may read and understand so that they can inform future generations.

For everyone’s information, the Johor royalty had once breached the state constitution in 1899 when DYMM Almarhum Sultan Ibrahim ibni Almarhum Sultan Abu Bakar had rejected his salary as Sultan which was allocated by the Johor state government at that time. The funds were thus channelled to a trust fund now known as Yayasan Iskandar, whereby Almarhum then decreed:

As Ruler of this state, I should not take my rakyat’s monies

Therefore the objective of that trust is for the state government to assist the Johor rakyat where needed.

Till today, Yayasan Iskandar is used for funding education, Haj pilgrimages, upgrading facilities at religious schools etc.

All proceeds and income of the Johor royalty is derived from rubber and oil palm estates since the time of DYMM Almarhum Sultan Ibrahim till today, which is now managed by MADOS.

I don’t need to disclose how much zakat that has been paid by DYMM Tuanku and myself every year. I am raising this issue since there are some people who are ignorant, disillusioned and incapable of accepting the truth.

All allowances allocated to me by the Johor government since I was appointed as the Raja Muda till today has been channelled to Yayasan Iskandar and whatever I have now are gifts from my own father.

This information is mainly for giving a brief summary of the history of Johor royalty.

Once again, to those misinformed individuals, before making any sweeping statements, please do your research and get your facts correct first rather than embarrass yourselves later.

I am not worried as I have never taken anyone’s money.

‘Don’t envy my smile, it took a lot of tears to earn it.

Don’t envy my love, it took a lot of pain to grow it,

Don’t envy my life, I’ve gone through so much to appreciate it.

HRH Brigadier General Tunku Ismail Ibni Sultan Ibrahim, Tunku Mahkota Johor
