    2 Chinese Ladies Mixing Cutlery Between Halal And Non Halal Food At Kou Fu

    2 Chinese ladies were eating at Kou Fu opposite Sheng Siong at Tanglin Halt last 3 days.

    One was first eating the Indian stall roti prata with her fork and spoon from the Indian Muslim Stall. Her fren was eating bowls of PORK SOUP with bowl of rice, vegetables

    Suddenly when I turned to them, BOTH were happily fidgeting on the PORK MEAT trying to tear the PORK MEAT USING THE INDIAN MUSLIM FORK AND SPOON.

    SO i quickly told them off …

    ME: EXCUSE ME, ARE U EATING PORK MEAT SOUP?

    1ST LADY : Nodded her head and still continue tearing the pork meat from the bowl

    ME: Sorry do you know that the fork n spoon IS MEANT FOR HALAL STALL?O

    2nd lady: OH IS IT? (Pretending to be ignorant)

    ME: HOW DO U FEEL IF LETS SAY U ARE A BUDDHIST WHO DOESNT EAT BLOODY STUFF/FOOD AND U EAT THEM NOT FEELING GUILTY OF YOUR DOINGS???”

    1st lady: PUT DOWN HER FORK N SPOON TOOK TISSUE AND WIPED HER MOUTH WHILE THE OTHER PIGLET PRETEND NOTHING HAPPEN AND CONTINUE EATING MACAM BABI BODOH PUNYA ORANG !!!

    ME: YOU KNOW WHAT? YOU BOTH BRING SHAME TO OTHER CHINESE PEOPLE WHO DOES NOT RESPECT OTHER RELIGION!!! AND I WALKED OFF AND INSTRUSTED THE INDIAN MUSLIM OWNER TO WASH THE STAINED FORK N SPOON SEPERATELY

    SO, ALL OF U MY MUSLIM FBIANS, WHAT DO YOU THINK AFTER READING THIS STORY?

    HOW MANY OF U WILL DO LIKE WHAT I DID TO DEFEND ISLAM??

    DO UOLL THINK THAT MUIS SHOULD STEP UP TO EDUCATE THESE FUTURE SO CALLED IGNORANT PIGLETS SO THAT THEY DONT TAKE “HALAL FOOD, HALAL CUTLERIES AND ALL FOR GRANTED AT ESPECIALLY PUBLIC COFFEE SHOPS?

    I FEEL MUIS MUST AND SHOULD LOOK INTO THESE MATTERS SERIOUSLY ALSO BESIDES COLLECTING MONEY TO CERTIFY PEOPLE WHO OWN SO CALLED HALAL RESTAURANTS TOO.

    EXAMPLE DO FINE THESE PEOPLE WHO VIOLATED OTHER RELIGION PRACTICES???

    Muslim Wedding At A “No Pork, No Lard” Eatery – Should You Attend Or Not?

    Member of public is concerned over attending a wedding of a Muslim couple done at an eatery without MUIS halal certification nor was it 100% Muslim-owned.

    She attended the wedding in good faith at an eatery in a hotel. However, her sixth sense made her ask the staff there on the halal status of the place.

    She asked the staff there and to her horror, the eatery was not certified halal by MUIS and instead the status was simply “No Pork, No Lard”.

    The staff concerned also said that all the food ingredients used had individual halal certification. However, when asked to produce the supporting documents for the claim, the staff concerned was not able to do so.

    This posting is not meant to highlight an eatery that is not MUIS halal certified. Such eateries are not our concern actually.

    The concern is NOT on the eatery.

    The concern, as expressed by the member, is on the Muslim family that organised a wedding with invitees who were mainly Muslims at an eatery without MUIS halal certification nor was the eatery owned by Muslims.

    The concern can be summed up as follows:

    (a) Muslim invitees to Muslim weddings should not be subjected to eating foods served at such eateries that had no MUIS halal certification or not owned by Muslims.

    (b) Muslim families organising weddings at restaurants or hotels should be more discerning about the halal status of those makan places.

    (c) Muslim Invitees to Muslim weddings should be made to feel safe attending such weddings, without having the need to check on the halal status of the eateries themselves. Muslim families organising their weddings should ensure that the eateries concerned are at either certified halal by MUIS or Muslim-owned.

    Saya mahu kongsikan cara penggunaan madu yg diberitahu oleh Dr Hisham bin Hashim, seorang herbalis dan gemologis.

    Tujuan saya berkongsi agar kita berfikiran terbuka terhadap ilmu. Jika mahu amal silakan. Jika tak mahu sebab ada pendapat yg lebih baik, tinggalkan. Bersetuju untuk tidak bersetuju.

    Cara Betul Minum Madu Sampai Jadi Ubat Untuk Sembuhkan Penyakit

    1. Pilih Madu Yang Asli, Caranya..
    Hati-hati ketika membeli madu. Ini kerana, 60 peratus madu yang ada di pasaran banyak yang tiruan. Banyak petua dikongsikan untuk mengesan madu asli. Misalnya, tengok yang paling likat, tak dihurung semut dan sebagainya. Tapi dengan kepandaian sekarang semua itu boleh direka.

    Cuma satu cara ini, manusia tak boleh tiru. Caranya : Ambil piring, tuangkan madu satu sudu kecil di atasnya. Kemudian, siramkan air suam. Goncang. Jika madu asli, anda akan nampak ia membentuk corak sarang lebah atau heksogan.

    2. Minum Madu Untuk Rawat Sakit Di Bahagian Kepala
    Penyakit yang dialami di bahagian kepala seperti migrain, madu hendaklah diminum terus. Jangan dicampur air. Oleh sebab penciptan bumi dan manusia yang daripada tanah ini tidak terpisah, ada gelombang yang berputar 24 jam maka jadual makan madu perlu tepat. Untuk rawatan di bahagian kepada, ambillah selepas waktu subuh tapi sebelum habis waktu dhuha.

    3. Untuk Rawatan Bahagian Badan
    Masalah berkaitan perut, usus untuk capai nikmat kesembuhan maksima minumlah madu dengan air suam. Madu walaupun sejenis cairan ia mengandungi atom yang kuat. Sebab itu, dia kena dicairkan dengan air.

    Cara minum : Ambil satu sudu teh saja pada waktu selepas dhuha ke zohor. Biar sedikit asalkan istiqomah.

    Kacau madu ikut arah lawan jam. Ini kerana semua benda yang lawan jam akan menghasilkan tenaga. Manakala yang ikut jam akan menguraikan energi dan tak jadi ubat. Contoh paling mudah, ketika orang bertawaf dan pokok yang menjalar.

    4. Ambil Madu Untuk Rawat Bahagian Pinggang Ke Bawah
    Cara minum : Masa yang perlu diambil ketika ambil madu antara waktu zohor ke asar.

    5. Rawatan Bahagian Bawah
    Waktu minum madu adalah antara asar ke maghrib. Sebab gelombang pada waktu ini menurunkan sistem imun badan kita.

Hampir 32 tahun berada dalam industri seni tanah air, Rosyam Nor terus mengorak langkah lebih jauh. Selepas membuka syarikat produksinya sendiri Suhan Movies & Trading Sdn. Bhd. Datuk Rosyam Nor bakal membuka pasarayanya sendiri, ST Rosyam Mart di ibu negara pada 1 Disember depan.

    Lebih menarik, pada perasmian pasaraya itu nanti, beliau berhasrat untuk melakukan amal jariah dan membantu mereka yang kurang berkemampuan dengan menjual sekampit beras lima kilogram dan seekor ayam dengan harga hanya RM1. “Insya Allah dilancarkan secara rasmi pada 1 Disember nanti dan seminggu pertama, saya ada bincang dengan rakan kongsi untuk jual ayam seekor dan beras sekampit lima kilogram hanya RM1 aje,” kata beliau lagi.

    Menurutnya lagi, pasar raya yang terletak di Setiawangsa, pinggir ibu negara itu sebenarnya sebuah pasar borong yang menawarkan harga murah kepada pelanggannya. “Ini juga untuk bantu mereka yang kurang mampu dan kita bersyukur dapat banyak bekalan pada harga rendah daripada pelbagai pembekal di seluruh negara sebagai rakan perniagaan. Itulah lebihan rezeki saya dikongsi masyarakat akhirnya. Apa yang ada itu dicukupkan. Ini juga dapat bantu bisnes usahawan Melayu lain kerana soal rezeki ialah tanggungjawab berkongsi perniagaan dengan orang lain” jelas aktor berusia 50 tahun itu.

    20 years from now, I see problem in our Malay Food. Now all chef, graduates come out of school, cooking fusion food cooking salmon, steak.. same thing over and over again. Suruh masak lauk lemak aja terbeliak biji mata.

    Kalau masak seperiuk kecik, mungkin ramai boleh bikin…
    Tapi kalau masak longgok siapa nak bikin? Ayam Lemak Cili Padi nak masak untuk 200 org mcm mana? Siapa nak buat?
    Ini skill punya kerja, it takes experience and a lot of patience.

    Tukang masak yg terror dan bagus semua dah teramat senior, One day retire, kalau anak tak take over, mcm mana?

    Budak Singapore in 20s, mana dia nak masuk dapur mcm gini. Rare nak cari tukang masak longgok yg in their 20s or 30s.

    Recently, Ummi pergi meeting, customer yg ada cafe ni, nak belajar buat sambal tumis untuk Mee rebus nya, and Ummi tanya siapa masak mee rebus tu.. dia kata org china. Ummi tanya mcm mana dia belajar… customer Ummi tu kata belajar dgn kakak melayu yg dah retire….
    Dia pun boleh masak sambal, tapi tak sedap…so they want to ask if they can pay me to teach him?

    Anyway, there goes our Malay cooking, if none of our children wants to do this, foreign talent is going to take over. Mati lah kita kalau rendang kat wedding nanti nak harap org asing masak. And at that time, Sambal Goreng Pengantin will be a rare treat at function and restaurant. In 20 years time, Im worried all will be gone.
