Singaporean Malays Must Reflect On PAP’s True Intentions For The Reserved Elected Presidency

1.PAP says Singapore is a sworn Meritocracy. We are not like Malaysia with its affirmative action policy of helping the indigenous people of the land. Malays in Singapore are not like that! Malays in Singapore do not need handouts or any help. They can self-help!

    2. Lee Kuan Yew determines that the national reserves of Singapore must be secured with two keys: The Parliament and an Elected President (not a lame duck President like Sheares) even when GIC for which he heads which handles the biggest Sovereign fund of Singapore is absolutely controlled by him and is not required to publish any accounts. What is the dollar worth of our wealth? Only he and God knows. So such a move is really to shore up his absolute control over the Nation’s reserves. He thinks that an elected President from his own ranks will co-operate with that.

    3. Enter the Elected President who does not play ball, Mr. Ong Teng Cheong. First thing he did was to ask for a full audit of the National Wealth – He wants to know what is in the safe for which he is holding one key. The stone-walling and delay was legendary. Lee Kuan Yew does not want Ong Teng Cheong to know what is in that vault.

    4. The next elected President played ball to a tee and reap a million dollar salary without any incidents in a period when GIC made all sorts of investment blunders including investing in CitiBank which later got into trouble. But Nathan cannot live forever…

    5. And then there are others who dare to challenge and try out for the Presidential elections. One or two of these are mavericks that PAP cannot control. For as a Chinese elitist political party, no one can threaten the Chinese PAP but other Chinese. The Malay “leadership” have been unashamedly castrated and are little more than house-niggers to the Chinese PAP masters.

    6. So something needs to be done. Enter Lee Hsien Loong the proverbial son to hatch a “brilliant” plan. Confine the Presidential elections only to Malays. If you are Chinese or Indian or anything else you are automatically disqualified. Never mind Meritocracy. Never mind Non-Communal politics. Never mind the fact that this is what Malaysia’s affirmative action looks like. But not any Mat, Dollah or Minah can qualify! Set a criteria that only well to do Malays within or those close to the establishment can ever qualify and PAP will be secured. No such Malay will pull an Ong Teng Cheong move!

    7. Enter the foolish Malay who finds pride in all of these scheming political shenanigans. We are going to have a Malay president! How GREAT this is! What an achievement of the Malays of Xing Chia Poh!

Thinking Malay-Muslims should reflect properly and consider whether they should be proud of this or really be shameful of a Malay who is for all intents and purpose appointed by the PAP to be made a tool of. Maybe for the one who has sold his or her soul that million dollar salary is all worth it.

Warning To Any Malay-Muslim Or Muslims From Other Races Attempting To Create Unrest

Someone post a warning to all the malays/muslims in sg about jangan buat kecoh or his words “unrest” when the Israel Pm comes to sg soon. The screenshot of the post said:

“Any Malay-Muslim or Muslim from other races attempting to cause unrest, I will not hesitate to go against any of you, even if it means I must beg for ISD involvement.

As far as I am aware, within Muslims community, there are still sleeping extremist trying to inject their extremism ideology to other peaceful Muslims.

Don’t try to provoke government, you can’t win at any cost, even if you’re willing to die for your own cause.

    Ponder over it!”

Tapi bukan itu saje!! He even accused that there is sleeping extremist in the muslims community?

  • GM Of Ang Mo Kio Town Council Under Lee Hsien Loong Suspended, Facing CPIB Probe

GM Of Ang Mo Kio Town Council Under Lee Hsien Loong Suspended, Facing CPIB Probe

Victor Wong, the general manager and secretary of Ang Mo Kio Town Council (AMKTC) has been removed from his duties and is under investigation by the Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPIB).

He works for CPG Facilities Management, the managing agent of the town council, was asked to go on leave by his company after the town council received a complaint about him in September, town council chairman Ang Hin Kee told The Straits Times on Thursday (Dec 29).

He added that the case had been referred to the CPIB and Mr Wong was removed from his positions at the town council last month.

Mr Ang, who is an MP for Ang Mo Kio GRC, said the town council received a complaint in September about Mr Wong concerning “the way he handles contracts and dealings in the town council”.

He added that the complaint “arose out of his dealings which relates to probable behaviour needing investigation done by CPIB”.

“Needless to say, the town council ourselves will render all the assistance needed to ensure zero tolerance for corruption,” said Mr Ang.

“There’s responsibility on the part of our contractors to do the job properly, if they do it inappropriately then we will take follow up actions with regards to getting them replaced (and) sending the case for investigation, making sure the necessary steps are taken.”

Mr Ang declined to reveal details about the case, citing ongoing investigations, but said that the town council constantly reminded its staff to declare any interests concerning tenders that the town council was awarding.

Staff from the managing agent were also reminded that “if there are declarations to be made, if there are interests to declare, the people involved (must) make those declarations”, he said.

He added that the MPs of the GRC had made it a point to personally check on projects performed by its contractors, “so not 100 per cent is done by the managing agent with no oversight”.

AMKTC is responsible for the housing estates in Ang Mo Kio GRC, which is helmed by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.

  • Lee Hsien Loong And South China Sea – “Roared Like A Tiger, But Now Quiet As A Mouse”

Lee Hsien Loong And South China Sea – “Roared Like A Tiger, But Now Quiet As A Mouse”

    By: Tan Jee Say

    1. In July 2016, when the Hague tribunal ruled in favour of the Philippines but against some of China’s claims in the South China Sea, PM Lee loudly and vehemently urged China to abide by the ruling, adding that only when countries respect international rules, will small nations have a chance to survive in a global world.

    2. Many events have happened in the months following the Hague tribunal. US President-elect Trump had spoken on the SCS. China had flown a nuclear bomber over the SCS. But PM Lee has remained silent.

    3. Staying quiet or making neutral remarks softly, is the right thing to do for a small nation who is not a claimant in the disputed territories. Otherwise we may provoke hostile reactions from parties directly involved in the dispute.

    4. But after roaring on the scene like a tiger and then suddenly turning quiet as a mouse 5 months later, what does this episode tell us about the leadership of PM Lee who has said ad infinitum that Singapore requires exceptional leadership to survive. What has PM Lee shown us about his tiger-turned-mouse leadership? This reminds me of the famous line in the popular beer advertisement, “Give that man a Tiger”. Yes we want a tiger, a real tiger, not a paper tiger.

    5. This tiger-turned-mouse analogy is inspired by PM Lee’s castigation of WP’s performance , “You voted for a tiger in the chamber and you got a mouse in the House” (1 September 2015). Colourful imagery, PM. Now look at yourself in the mirror.

  • Goh Meng Seng: Is Singapore Government In Panic Mode About Economy?

Goh Meng Seng: Is Singapore Government In Panic Mode About Economy?

PM Lee is basically trying to tell us, don’t panic ok, this is not a crisis yet!

However, MAS has, for the very first time in my memory, giving out subtle but CRITICAL warning to Singaporeans not to over spend and try to save for rainy days 。。。。

It defies Keynesian economics logic actually. When time is going to be bad, consumption needs to boost up, not down. If MAS is making such call, it means that time is REALLY REALLY REALLY going to be EXTREMELY BAD! And believe me, this is THE CRISIS mode already!

Oh Not to forget, PAP government is so Kan Cheong that it now puts up a law, I guess this is ONE OF ITS KIND of LAW in this world, that puts mandatory requirement on company to report to Government if they are retrenching 5 or more workers within 6 months! Alamek… This is the REAL PANIC MODE!
