A man was spotted walking in the middle of the expressway near Parc Codominum at around 10.30 pm yesterday (Oct 18).
According to Stomper Joel, the man had earlier tried to flag a cab but had did not have any success getting one.
He then decided to try a more drastic approach and walked in the middle of the expressway to get their attention.
In a phone interview with Stomp, Joel said:
“The man appeared to be drunk. He couldn’t walk properly.
“He was just walking across the road and the motorists honked at him but he didn’t care.
“He even raised his arm out to one of them and the cars had to swerve around him.
“It’s very dangerous behaviour.”
