    PHV Fatal Crash Outside Istana: The 3 Are Acquainted, Passengers Had Plans To Get Married

    Two people died and one was hospitalised after a private-hire car driver crashed into a pillar near the rear gate of the Istana on Saturday (Dec 16), at around 6am. The incident happened along Cavenagh Road towards Orchard Road. The two deceased have been identified as the driver himself, Mr Khairul Anwar, 25, and a female passenger, Ms Nurul Filzah, 21.

    At the scene, the area was littered with glass fragments and automobile parts, including a broken front bumper and a headlight. A metal gate had been dislodged and sent flying over 10 metres from the impact of the collision, landing on a grass patch on Istana. A witness said that he was passing by when he saw a small car wedged in the small passage into Istana. It’s damage was beyond recognition. Another witness suspected that the car could have been speeding and lost control, judging from the extensive damage. It is believed that during the time of the accident, the driver had just exited Bukit Timah Road and was driving on Cavenagh Road, when he suddenly crashed into the pillar.

    Ms Nurul and the other male passenger, 28-year-old Mr Johari Shariff, were a couple and they sat on the back passenger seat during the time of the incident. While Mr Khairul and Ms Nurul were conveyed unconscious and succumbed to their injuries later,Mr Johari was conscious when taken to the hospital. He suffered injuries on the face but is currently in a stable condition.

    All three victims were acquainted with one another. While at the hospital, according to the relative, doctors said that Ms Filzah showed no signs of alcohol intoxication.

    recently theres one idiot that out of nowhere transfer $600 into my acc. and then i recieve a msg that say ‘thank you for supporting us’ with the payment screenshot below

    i reply back, who are u i dunno u. why u transfer money to me. he then became aggressive say i loan from them. i say sorry i dunno u and i dun need ur $600, u give me ur acc no i transfer bk u ur money. he say he cannot take back the money anymore and demand that i must pay $800 back in 5 days

    [Latest] JB Shell Kiosk Murder: Police Have Identified A 55yo Man As Owner Of White BMW..

    Parts of the city centre in the Malaysian state of Johor Baru have been put on lockdown as police launched a manhunt for several suspects involved in the brutal murder of a motorist on Sunday (Dec 17) night.

    All active police units in Johor Baru Utara and Iskandar Puteri districts have also been put on standby and alert as the manhunt widens in South Johor, reported Malay Mail on Monday (Dec 18).

    It is understood that the police have identified a 55-year-old man as the owner of the white BMW used in the attack and have since placed him on the wanted list, said the newspaper.

    Johor police chief Datuk Mohd Khalil Kader Mohd said that a description of the suspects’ car, a white BMW with the registration plate number WB79L, was posted on Johor police’s Facebook page, reported New Straits Times. Members of the public are urged to call the police if they find the white BMW.

    Footage of the shocking murder was captured by an eyewitness and has since made its rounds on several social media platforms.

    The victim died at the scene. Police have yet to disclose the identity of the deceased.

    The motive of the attack which has been classified as murder by the police is not clear at the moment.

    Polis merayu orang ramai supaya memaklumkan di mana Nurul Atiqah Zulkifli dan anaknya yang berusia setahun Muhammad Ayril Farhan Bin Zulfaqqar berada.

    Kali terakhir ibu muda berusia 17 tahun itu dilihat bersama anaknya adalah di Jurong West Street 52 pada 6 Disember 2017 sekitar pukul 5.30 petang.

    McDonald’s Malaysia Buat Laporan Polis Atas Fitnah Menyalurkan Dana Kepada Israel

    MCDONALD’S Malaysia membuat laporan polis terhadap lebih 20 individu dan organisasi kerana memfitnah rangkaian restoran makanan segera itu kononnya menyalurkan dana kepada Israel.

    Pengarah Urusan dan Pemilik Saham Tempatan Gerbang Alaf Restaurants Sdn Bhd Azmir Jaafar berkata, laporan polis dibuat di Balai Polis Dang Wangi semalam.

    Menurutnya, pihaknya menyerahkan siasatan kepada polis dan Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia (SKMM) sebelum tindakan lanjut termasuk saman.

    “Kami juga menubuhkan satu pasukan peguam penasihat luar untuk membantu kami khususnya menjaga kepentingan 12,000 pekerja di 265 cawangan McDonald’s Malaysia.

    “Salah satu tohmahan dan fitnah terbesar adalah mengenai sumbangan McDonald’€™s Amerika Syarikat kepada Jewish United Fund (JUF) melalui program kebajikan pemberian sepadan yang tidak benar sama sekali.

    “Malah di Malaysia, kami tidak terbabit dengan program berkenaan sebaliknya hanya membayar royalti kepada McDonald’s Corporation sebagaimana dilakukan syarikat,” katanya pada sidang media di Pejabat McDonald’s Malaysia di Kuala Lumpur, hari ini.

    Rabu lalu, Presiden Donald Trump mengisytiharkan Kedutaan Amerika Syarikat (AS) di Tel Aviv akan dipindahkan ke Baitulmaqdis, dalam langkah untuk mengiktiraf kota suci itu sebagai milik Israel.

    Tindakan itu mencetuskan protes besar-besaran di seluruh dunia, termasuk di Malaysia yang disertai ribuan orang berkumpul di luar Kedutaan AS di Jalan Tun Razak, Jumaat lalu termasuklah memboikot McDonald’s.

    Mengulas lanjut, Azmir berkata, JUF hanyalah salah satu daripada banyak badan di AS yang berhak untuk menerima sumbangan derma di bawah program pemberian sepadan namun ianya tidak terpakai di Malaysia.

    “Ini kerana JUF beroperasi bagi tujuan kebajikan di bawah landasan undang-undang AS yang berkaitan iaitu Seksyen 501(c)(3) Undang-Undang Percukaian AS.

    “Di McDonald’s Malaysia, kami di Gerbang Alaf Restaurants Sdn Bhd adalah syarikat milik tempatan yang dikendalikan individu Islam sebagai pemegang saham terbesar yang tidak menyumbang, menyokong atau terbabit dalam sebarang konflik politik mahupun agama di mana-mana negara sekalipun,” tegasnya.

    Justeru katanya, rakyat Malaysia diharap lebih bijak dalam melakukan boikot dengan mendapatkan fakta yang benar dan tepat kerana dibimbangi menyebabkan berlakunya fitnah.
