  • Kesilapan-Kesilapan Yang Pernah Dilakukan Di Awal Permulaan Perniagaan – Jom Belajar

Kesilapan-Kesilapan Yang Pernah Dilakukan Di Awal Permulaan Perniagaan – Jom Belajar

    1. Menganggap jualan pertama yang rancak akan berterusan

    2. Menganggar keuntungan hanya berdasarkan (kiraan mudah) iaitu margin keuntungan darab berapa unit produk terjual. Akibatnya banyak kos lain yang tercicir

    3. Duit syarikat, duitku jua.

Malu nak beriklan kerap takut orang kata ‘bersungguh sangat’

    5. Ikut hati, atau ikut orang kata, bukannya ikut kehendak pasaran

    6. Takut nak gajikan staff atau kadang kadang terlebih ambik staff

    8. Syok sendiri dengan produk. Tak boleh ditegur. Teguran pelanggan atau kawan dianggap berniat tak baik atau nak sabotaj

    9. Terlebih belanja untuk kelengkapan pejabat / dekorasi

    10. Kurang ilmu tapi tidaklah pula mencari ilmu

    11. Tiada mentor atau tersilap pilih mentor.
Jika nak buat ais krim, kena cari mentor ais krim, jangan cari mentor kayu balak.

    12. Semua kerja nak buat sendiri – One man show

    13. Cepat putus asa.

    14. Banyak bercakap dari bekerja

    15. Terlebih merancang dari bertindak

    16. Orang sebelah rumah pun tak tahu lagi kita bisnes apa, sudah sibuk nak eksport ke luar negara.

    17. Kerja hanya ‘office hour’.

    18. Takut nak tegur kesalahan staff. Jika tak takut pun, tiada faham seni menegur.

    25. Cepat hilang semangat di tengah jalan. Sekali masuk seminar, sekali semangat datang. 7 hari selepas seminar, sekali semangat dah hilang.. kurang ‘self motivated’

    26. Tak daftar perniagaan. Bukan PLT tapi Sdn Bhd

    27. Tak buka akaun syarikat (Akaun semasa)

    28. Tak catat keluar masuk duit. Tak guna akaun semasa (current account) masa transaksi urusniaga. Tak ada bukti kpada bank semasa nak mohon pinjaman.

    29. Tak pakai invois / resit – tak ada perekodan

    30. Tergesa-gesa sangat nak kembangkan bisnes ke satu tahap yang TERLEBIH BESAR, (tak normal) walhal bisnes belumpun sampai putaran setahun.

    31. Too Ambitious – tak berpijak dibumi yang nyata..

    40. Dan banyak lagi..

  • Commentary: Muslim Leaders, What Are You All Doing?

Commentary: Muslim Leaders, What Are You All Doing?

When Muhammad Al-Fatih conquered Constantinople, he ensured that his troops were spiritually primed and he as the Sultan was foremost in ensuring that they were of righteous conduct and his own character and spirituality were unsurpassed to lead them into battle.

He mirrored the likes of his prestigious predecessors, Umar Al-Khattab and Salahuddin Al-Ayyubi who both conquered Jerusalem during their time.

How many of the so-called Muslim leaders today, who cry so much about defending the legitimate rights of the Palestinians to their own free homeland and East Jerusalem as its capital, are clean of corruptions, not oppressors themselves, utterly silent towards other wrongs being committed before them and worst, even colludes with evil, to qualify as worthy of championing such a noble cause, let alone send their troops to fight?

  • Msian Senator Calls For Shariah-Compliant Uniforms For All Malaysian Flight Stewardesses

Msian Senator Calls For Shariah-Compliant Uniforms For All Malaysian Flight Stewardesses

The government should introduce shariah-compliant uniforms for flight stewardesses serving the country’s airline companies in portraying its image as a Muslim country, said Senator Datuk Hanafi Mamat.

He said the move would not hurt the airline companies because their survival depended on delivery of service quality.

“We are proud that Malaysia is an Islamic country with its own cultural identity, but when our flight stewardesses dress up sexily and disrespectfully, this will give tourists who use the services of our national carriers the wrong impression.

“The time has come for the government to provide new uniform guidelines which will portray Malaysia as a Muslim country with strong Eastern values,” he said during the debate on the Supply Bill 2018 at the Dewan Negara here today.

Meanwhile, Senator Khairul Azwan Harun recommended that the Human Resource Ministry identified the job sectors which were exposed to the challenges of the Industrial Revolution (RI) 4.0.

He said 35 per cent of existing jobs would be replaced by automated, electronic and robot systems with the advent of RI 4.0 and this was a threat to career safety.

“For example, when I first served as an accountant, auditing was done manually but nowadays we use computer applications which are more effective.

“As such we need to prepare the youngsters who are in school today so that in 20 to 30 years’ time they would be employed and earning a living,” he said.

Senator Datuk Farahiyah Nordin proposed that the Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka be upgraded as a National Language Commission for the language to be empowered and enforced more effectively.

She said the role of the Malay language as the national language was seen to be declining as many were not practising proper usage of the language.

The Dewan Negara sitting continues tomorrow.

  • Iraq Declares The Country Cleared Of ISIS Forces. Is This The End Of Them?

Iraq Declares The Country Cleared Of ISIS Forces. Is This The End Of Them?

“Our forces are in complete control of the Iraqi-Syrian border and I therefore announce the end of the war against Daesh (ISIS),” Mr Abadi told a conference in Baghdad.

“Our enemy wanted to kill our civilisation, but we have won through our unity and our determination. We have triumphed in little time.”

As the authorities announced a public holiday yesterday “to celebrate the victory”, Mr Abadi said in a speech that Iraq’s next battle would be to defeat the scourge of corruption.

ISIS seized vast areas north and west of Baghdad in a lightning offensive in 2014.

Iraq’s fightback was backed by an air campaign waged by a US-led coalition.

The US State Department hailed the end of the jihadists’ “vile occupation” but cautioned that the fight was not over.

“The United States joins the Government of Iraq in stressing that Iraq’s liberation does not mean the fight against terrorism, and even against ISIS, in Iraq is over,” State Department spokesman Heather Nauert said.

Iraq’s close ally Iran already declared victory over ISIS last month, as the jihadists clung to just a few remaining scraps of territory.

But Mr Abadi said at the time he would not follow suit until the desert on the border with Syria had been cleared.

On the Syrian side of the border, ISIS is also under massive pressure. Last Thursday, Russia’s defence ministry said its mission in support of the Syrian regime to oust IS had been “accomplished” and the country was “completely liberated”.

Despite the victory announcements, experts have warned that ISIS retains the capacity as an insurgent group to carry out high-casualty bomb attacks using sleeper cells.

Other experts warned that ISIS fighters have shifted bases to war-torn Afghanistan.

  • Jual Air Zam Zam Di Malaysia Boleh Didenda, Anda Mungkin Dipenjara

Jual Air Zam Zam Di Malaysia Boleh Didenda, Anda Mungkin Dipenjara
