Beware: Man Lies About Having Fishing Boat, Cheats Customers

Beware of this guy!! He claims to have boat for fishing trip. He will usually say place to meet up is at punggol marina or raffles marina. He will ask for the deposit n more deposits. Ok this is his trick,

1. Booking fee of boat to be paid (1st deposit) upon ur confirmation fishing trip date wit him.
2. He will ask for More deposits.
3. Upon reaching ur day to go boat fishing with him, he will gives lot of reason eg: boat breakdown (my case) , trip cancel (1 of his victim case who i managed to contact)

As my case, already paid him full amount 2days before the trip.1day before, he said his boat breakdown n give me another boatman number at changi he said he will pay for the replacement trip but NO!! HE DID NOT!! I cant leave the uncle after a long hot day with us, so i paid the uncle in full.

He said he will refund me back by the night itself, but trf me partial amount. for the remaining amount i need to chase him to pay back my balance. He keeps saying another 2hr he trf, another 30min, wait for his refund from his boat owner n lots n lots of reason. Its been around 10days n he is full of reasons.

He oso block my fb,i got to see his fb from my other account.N the best part is i get to know tat the partial amount he trf me was from a person tat booked him for another trip. I get to know his tactic is like ‘dig 1 hole to close up the other hole’. Get a new victim to pay for his previous victim. He can tell me tat hes waiting for ppl to transfer him and he gave my acc num to the next victim. I get to know tat some ppl already ‘kena’ by him.

Pls pass around, i already make a police enquiry n decided to proceed the case..

How To Avoid Becoming a Victim of MLM

I am so disappointed. At how morally unsound some people can be. But putting my emotions aside, I would like to share my story on how I was a potential victim of a scheme by X.

The story goes…

I was asked out by an acquaintance for coffee last week. It was quite queer that he wanted to meet for coffee, but he told me he was involved in a travel project and wanted to get my input on it’s viability.

So well.. I said yes. I had the time to spare after work today, and it was rather near my workplace. I thought it would be nice to see an old acquaintance as well.

But for him, his intentions were different.

For all the wrong reasons.

To cut the long story short, he did not meet me with the intention to share an idea with me.

In fact, he met with me because he wanted to sell me a package. A very nicely packaged but dubious package.

I don’t blame him, because I know very well how thesePyramid/Multi-Level Marketing companies work.

They paint you a beautiful picture of how much you can earn in cash, how easy it is for you to do it part-time, how effortless it will be with their guidance, and how it is NOT their intention for you to buyANYTHING from them.

But all this. Is bullshit.

SG Pageant Scam: Founder of Makin & Sorfina Productions Gone Hiding

Hopeful parents who have pinned high hopes on their children to win a beauty contest, unfortunately were left confused, shattered and clueless as organiser refused to reply their calls and messages. The beauty contest for children is known as Prince And Princess Asian World.

Several parents emailed Rilek1Corner to express their anger and disappointment towards a Singaporean beauty contest organiser named Sarina Yee, or more popularly known as Rina Aura who has gone MIA (missing in action) since Mar 2014. Some say their calls and messages were ignored as early as Jan 2014.

Sarina Yee is the founder of Makin & Sorfina Productions, a small company that organises mini beauty contests in Singapore. The company is located at International Plaza.

Angry parents claimed that Sarina Yee took all their money and fled. Rilek1Corner has tried to contact Sarina Yee through her mobile number and Facebook but she remains uncontactable. We also called the office, but no one picks up.

It was gathered that Sarina Yee likes to mince her words and always over-promised but under-deliver.

On Facebook, two renowned local beauty contests, Little Miss Singapore & Little Manhunt and Mrs Singapore & Classic Mrs Singapore Pageant have recently denied any business links with Makin & Sorfina Productions.

Other miniature beauty contests such as Battle of the Queens in 2013 and Peoples’ Association Hari Raya North Bazaar in 2013 were also organised by Makin & Sorfina Productions.

These miniature beauty contests for both children and adults seemed to be very popular among the Malay contestants.

To hopeful parents who have registered their children for the Prince And Princess Asian World pageant, please report this scam to the police.

Importance of Good Netiquette

Online posts are easy to dash off and virtually impossible to retract once published. Many people don’t realise the potential consequences of making fun of others especially public figures on social media such as Facebook and Twitter.

Netiquette is important as it reflects your character when using the web, thus affects the first impression people have on you when they see you on the web. When posting something on the web, ensure that there is no vulgarities/obscenities/any inappropriate content as that would cause people to think you are uncivilized and uneducated.

As Muslims and Malays, we are all well-known for being polite and courteous. Let’s continue to maintain our good image, shall we? 🙂

If we ever have that strong itch to slam and say nasty words to someone, think again about what happened to our friend who became famous for the wrong reason, landed himself into big trouble with the law, and became unemployed overnight.

Always think before you say something.

Kembalikan IRK Dalam Kurikulum MOE Demi Anak-Anak Kita

Siapa ada album kumpulan Flybaits?

Kita tidak sedar bahawa orang melayu Singapura sudah kehilangan dua elemen yang penting dalam masyarakat kita, ia itu ugama dan bahasa, kalau dulu jarang sekali kita ketemu anak melayu yang tak tahu kan ugama, tapi sekarang masaalah ini adalah perkara biasa, serupa juga dengan bahasa, maka kehilangan ini bukan lah di peringkat permulaan, ia di peringkat pertengahan – tapi jika kita berusaha mendesak pemerintah mengembali kan pelajaran IRK kepada kurikulum sekolah anak anak kita, masaalah ini akan dapat di tangani dengan meluas, maka di sini kita perlukan kerja sama para AP AP melayu Islam, tak kira sama ada dari pihak pembangkang atau pemerintah.

Bagi pihak rakrat pula, kita perlu kan suara semua lapisan rakyat, tak kira dari golongan apa pun, dari golongan cendekiawan atau peniaga atau pekerja pekerja biasa, jika kita satu kan suara kita lalu mendesak pemerintah untuk mengembalikan pelajaran IRK ke sekolah sekolah kita, hasil nya seumpama melontar sebiji batu untuk mendapat kan dua atau tiga ekor burung.

Pertama, kita dapat atasi masaalah anak anak yang tak tahu ugama, kedua , dengan ini masaalah asatizah yang sulit nak dapat kerja juga dapat di atasi dan ketiga, pelajaran ugama ini di ajarkan di dalam bahasa melayu, lalu masaalah bahasa juga dapat kita tangani, dan akan jadi lebih baik jika guru guru ugama ini juga di tugaskan mengajar bahasa melayu,lalu ini tidak akan membebankan tugas guru guru yang sedia ada.

Tapi usaha ini tidak akan Berjaya kecuali kita dapat sokongan dari bawah ke atas, maksud nya permintaan rakyat dan sokongan dari ahli ahli politik sama ada dari pihak pemerintah dan pembangkang !! tidak ada alasan bagi mereka untuk mengatakan bahwa mereka akan kehilangan undi bangsa lain, kerana, pelajaran IRK adalah menuju kearah membentuk maanusia maanusia yang baik , lalu ia akan menghakis sifat sifat buruk dari anak anak kita dan membuat negara kita sebuah negara yang lebih selamat dan sejahtera.
