MP Faisal’s support for Wear White is a refreshing change, as WP previously remained silent on LGBT issues. It is commendable that he is speaking out against the LGBT threat and leading his party on this issue.
Unlike the PAP MPs and Ministers who shied away from confronting the LGBT threat, it is good that WP MP Faisal is bravely taking a moral position against homosexuality.
Peter Hu emerged at Rilek1Corner’s Facebook Page to defend himself against allegations on him calling “f**king muslim terrorist“.
For those who did not catch the drama earlier today, Rilek1Corner was informed that Peter Hu who is openly gay, an avid PinkDot SG supporter and an LGBT activist, had previously argued with several anti-PinkDot activists in a Facebook group called ‘We are against PinkDot’. FYI, Peter Hu is also a member of ‘We are against PinkDot’ Facebook group.
Peter Hu had engaged in a sparring with several activists who had supported a pro-family movement led by Pastor Lawrence Khong, and the #wearwhite movement which is an informal grassroots group that encourages Muslims to ‘return to the natural state’.
In his defense, Peter Hu claimed he was unaware of the offensive posting calling our community “f**king muslim terrorist“.
Peter Hu claimed the posting was first sighted in a local HardwareZone Forum and ‘We are against PinkDot’ Facebook group.
In both online platforms, Peter Hu claimed he was unaware of the offensive posting existence until his friends had informed him about it.
Peter Hu blamed the incident on two Facebook personas ‘Panglima Hitam’ and ‘Alfian Lidia Lothbrok’, whom he suspects either one of them Facebook had “hacked” into his account.
UPDATED INFO & CLARIFICATION
Our Muslim brother Alfian Lidia Lothbrok has come clean and cleared the air that he did not “hacked” into Peter Hu’s Facebook account.
In the police report lodged earlier this evening, Peter Hu had earlier mentioned to the police that he suspected ‘Alfian Lidia Lothbrok’ is one of the two suspects who “hacked”into his Facebook account.

Like previous cases such as the recent one on SG Chinese woman @kimmeeoowwho called Muslims “terrorists“, “Malays are liability to society” and “scumbags”, Peter Hu also informed the public that his Facebook account was hacked and pleaded to the Muslims that he “will never ever say” such offensive remarks to Muslims after such comments were exposed in public and drew criticisms from the Muslim community.
However, a mismatch in his story unfolds when in his other posting, Peter Hu defended the Chinese for being racist:
“The majority of Chinese Singaporeans are racist. And for that the Chinese community owes a deep apology to the Muslim community. But I too am a minority, & I have never been prejudiced against muslims, who are my friends & brothers. Someone had hacked into my Facebook account. Gays are human too. Live & let live. Peace out.”
Peter Hu also defended the LGBT Muslims and took the opportunity to speak up against #wearwhite movement led by Ustaz Noor Deros:
“I can understand where the #wearwhite campaign is coming from. But what about your Muslim brothers who attended Pink Dot? How do you think they would feel?”
Peter Hu also claimed he had lodged a police complaint to say that he did not post the offensive comment. Peter Hu also claimed that the circulated image was doctored.
Peter Hu is the Director at Amino Bar. Previously, he studied at Yale University and he is an alumni member of Anglo-Chinese Independent.
He is a well-known PinkDot SG fanboy.

We are worried at the increasing number of non-Muslims who say offensive remarks openly and frivolously about both the Malay and Muslim community on social media.
Several people conveniently used the word “hacked” as opposed to unauthorised access.
We also aware that everything has a trace and we wonder what the police forensics team and IT experts are doing about these cases.
Under Singapore law, comments made with the “deliberate intention of wounding the religious or racial feelings of any person” can result in a jail term of up to three years and a fine.
Singapore is predominantly Chinese, but also has large Malay and Indian communities. For historical reasons, the government is generally quick to clamp down on public comments that might create tension between the country’s different ethnic groups.
In 1964, tensions between the Chinese and Malay communities in Singapore twice erupted into riots that killed 36 and left hundreds wounded. Riots again broke out between the two communities in 1969, sparked by violence between Malays and Chinese in Malaysia.
Like nobody bother to learn any life lessons from @kimmeeoow, Jason Neo and Amy Cheong, another Singaporean gay Chinese male who openly supports PinkDot SG has gained instant fame from his baseless, racist remark.
Angry at anti-pinkdot movement known as the #wearwhite led by Ust Noor Deros, a Singapore gay Chinese who is a PinkDot supporter and an LGBT activist, has again called our community “f***ing Muslim Terrorist”.
It was clear as day that Peter Hu was emotionally affected by the actions coordinated by a small group of people within Muslim community.

Fanaticism gone overboard. Such baseless remark from @kimmeeoow, Jason Neo, Amy Cheong and Peter Hu clearly illustrate how immature, warped and racist they can be when nudged.
Let’s save all those angry comments and just proceed with the police report, shall we? Let the police handle this.
And so, my clarifying post had ended up being shared on two pages:
Fabrications About the PAP (FAP), and Rilek1corner (R1C).
Whilst the FAP drew positive comments, reinforced with even further proof and testimonials from people that actually served in the force, R1C was laced with negative insinuations and remarks from people who, mostly never served the force, had no empirical data, actual stats and only hear say stories to back up their claims.
Despite all that, it is the voices of the believers that will continue to give us reason to continue breaking boundaries and striving hard to excel in whatever we are tasked to complete, no matter what appointment we sit in.
Come 1st July, we celebrate SAF Day. It is not just a day to remind our servicemen on the purpose of our existence. Neither is it only a day where we rekindle the passion and fire that made us take up this responsibility.
SAF Day is also a day where were reaffirm to the people that we are there, because they are there. We protect those we love, or family, our friends and also our community. It is important that our community believes in this organisation and they MUST know that everyone that serves, is given equal opportunities to excel, move up and become an icon for the rest of his community to emulate.
Heck I am a Diploma Holder, taking precious time every other night attending classes just to get a Degree. When I look left and right, everyone else holds that Qualification, and I used to believe and still believe, that if I want to be given the same opportunities, it is then my responsibility to make sure I am on par with the rest.
Opportunities don’t come, just because the organisation thinks there is a political impetus to. Opportunities come because, we in our own capacity and hard work, creates it. I may not be a high-flyer but I believe that I am still able to fly the flag high for the Malay/Muslim community. But we cannot do this if we continue disbelieving that change is already taking place.
If any parents or school children is reading this, please remember.
Tell your kids or yourselves, that if they/you have aspirations to join the service and be part of this organisation, step forward and do your very best. Believe that you will be someone and trust that you will be given what you deserve.
There is without doubt many Malay/Muslims holding even higher and more important appointments, much more important that mine. Those who know these people, you can bare testament, how good they really are. Shut out all those who don’t believe.. because if I had listened to all these people 14 years ago, I would have never reached this milestone in my life.
Believe in yourself, continue learning and upgrading and serve the country and community because, if you don’t, no one else will.
Happy SAF day my brothers/sisters in arms and to the generations that takes over, remember that we are the ones that craft our own futures.
Here at Rilek1Corner, we appreciate people sharing their life experiences. It is through these heart-to-heart topics that we learn something about the other person and what is important to him or her.
For this instance, we get to understand the challenges and issues faced by Malay and Muslim brothers who are serving the nation be it in the MINDEF or HOME TEAM.
While we agree to disagree, let’s not character assassinate someone. That’s the beauty of perspectives; it may not be the same but it shed light on the thinking processes of someone who may share something common with us, for example race or religion.
Apparently, a group of customers who were cheated by New Home Renovation have reported matter to the police.
Sadly, cheating companies can continue operating and they can even turn an occasional profit.
Do a keyword search for the company and include the term “scam” and you’ll find all of the complaints about shoddy products and substandard service. And yes, those are the ones you want to avoid.
Have you been cheated by any other renovation companies? Share your encounter with us at Rilek1Corner.
